ANARCHITECT was recently commissioned by a HNW Private Family Client to explore the amalgamation of two adjacent existing properties situated in London’s super-prime Belgravia into a single, contemporary new residence.
The Project brief was to create a unique residence for Belgravia and to maximise the property value for the family Client looking to develop the property for a future Sale. The proposed Private Residence includes a ‘Loft Style’ living, dining & kitchen area with private roof terrace above. A master-suite with two further bedrooms and a guest room with assigned bathroom. On the entrance level there is also a private study and the lower ground accommodates the Wellness spaces consisting of Gym, Massage, Steam, Sauna and Swimming Pool
