The renovation of a three‐bedroom private apartment in the heart of Dubai’s financial district. An exercise in rationalization of the existing to give new life to a dark space and to create a modern‐classic residence to showcase the clients’ art collection and signature pieces of furniture.

ANARCHITECT worked closely with the Contractor and the Client to efficiently and economically deliver the project within a two‐month time period. Our involvement continued to consult on the curation of art work together with the integration of new and existing furniture and accessory pieces as the Clients collection continued to grow.
