ANARCHITECT was commissioned to design layouts and interiors for the penthouses, duplexes, two bedroom and one bedroom luxury apartments on the Palm for a private developer Client. Overlooking the Arabian Gulf the properties were inspired by luxury yachts, featuring nautical detailing of excuisite timbers, marbles, clean lines and elegant bright spaces. The refinement is further emphasized through the use of custom joinery, bespoke stonework and careful choice of furnishing.

Condo’s bright windows and clean glass balconies allow for the uninterrupted view out towards the sea creating the feeling of its continuation from the exterior of the building. The functional layouts allowed for the maximum depth of light into the space even with the smallest of units, maximizing on the aspect of being connected with its outside and its prominent location on the Palm.
