ANARCHITECT designed the signature private residence vacation retreat and hospitality support buildings on a dramatic peninsula site at the southernmost tip of Sri Lanka. The Architecture and Interior Architecture are seamlessly interconnected with the nature, achieving the International Client’s desire for a serene and secluded retreat to resort to.

With this project we continue to immerse ourselves in the opportunity to challenge a tropical vernacular design with our contextual modern approach to detail, craft and materiality, creating a distinct and unique project in the Tropics. The South Cape Residence designed by ANARCHITECT is at the forefront of a new design typology in the country drawing international, discerning clientele.
