The Neighbourhood Development is a wellness-focused project for Albarari Development Client which blends in four Residential buildings, a boutique Hotel and Gym, a multipurpose Studio building, and a Clubhouse all immersed within Al Barari’s lush landscape.

Set to be a destination within the development, the amenities and clubhouse will contribute in creating a sense of community and encourage social interaction. Ten guest rooms above the gymnasium also offer the opportunity for a relaxing getaway with framed views to the sunrise and sunset projecting onto the 25m lap pool or tennis court, depending on the room’s orientation. In addition to a versatile layout of the residences, a neutral material palette follows the subdued tones of the exterior. The clubhouse features a rooftop terrace connected to the ground floor terrace allowing for uninterrupted views across the development.
